Our Mission

B.E.A.M. — Building Empowerment and More — supports survivors of domestic violence in reclaiming their safety, strength, and future. We meet each survivor with dignity, providing the resources and community they need to move from crisis to stability, and from stability to self-determination.

Our Story

B.E.A.M. was founded by Abigail Falcon-Rosa in response to a truth she saw again and again: survivors don't just need to leave — they need somewhere to go, someone who believes them, and a real pathway to independence. What began as one-on-one support has grown into a nonprofit built around three promises: safety, strength, and hope.

B.E.A.M. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. Documentation is available upon request — please contact us.
